Those are 12 great exercises that you can start off with and then you can add more to your routine as you become better and fit. Now that we have learned about these exercises, what muscle groups they work and hopefully you have watched all of the videos to ensure that you are doing the exercise with proper form we can move on the 21 day challenge.

Chapter 4 - 21 Day Challenge

Now that you know all about calisthenics, nutrition and the exercises that you will be preforming it is time for you to prepare for your 21 day calisthenics challenge. In this chapter, we are going to go over each day in the next 21 days detailing what exercises you should do as well as how many reps of each exercise you should do.

During this time you will find that you are getting better and better at these exercises and that you are feeling better than you ever have in your life. On top of that you are going to be losing weight and that is what it is all about!

Remember, you are also going to be focusing on eating healthy and getting enough water every single day. If you neglect to do this, your results will suffer and you will likely get discouraged. Remember this is only 3 weeks out of your life and the benefits are worth the amount of effort you are going to have to put into it.
